Questions
When can I get it?
War Council is coming soon to the app stores. This page will link to them on launch day.
Does it cost anything?
No. The game is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The whole game plays offline. When you're online, the app checks for new cards and fixes as it starts.
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your device. There is no account and no cloud save, so progress doesn't move between phones, and deleting the app deletes your kingdom.
How do I start over?
Tap the ⚙︎ on the home screen to open Settings, then choose Reset all progress. Your generals, endings, renown and every building in Ashvale will be gone, and this can't be undone.
How does the daily reign work?
Each day everyone gets the same trait and the same cards, and you get one try. A new daily reign starts at midnight in your time zone. When you finish, you can share a result that doesn't spoil the cards for anyone else.
Can I get a reminder for the daily reign?
Yes, if you want one. Turn on Daily reminder in Settings and your phone will remind you at 7 pm local time. It's off until you turn it on, and your phone schedules it on its own, so nothing is sent anywhere.
The reminder won't turn on.
If you once declined notifications from the game, your phone won't ask again. The game will offer to open Settings: allow notifications for War Council there, then turn the reminder back on.
How do I play in Hebrew?
Open Settings and choose עברית under Language. The game restarts in Hebrew. Choose English to switch back.
There's no sound.
Check your phone's silent switch and volume, then the Sound effects toggle in Settings.
I'm still seeing an old version.
New cards and fixes download when the game starts. Close the app completely and open it again twice: the first launch downloads the update, and the second one uses it.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the app. Everything the game saved is on your device and goes with it; nothing is stored on a server. See the privacy policy for details.
